Which University is best for Design?

Hey guys, I'm a digital designer looking to go back to University for my Bachelor's Degree to be eligible to work overseas eventually on the E3 or H1B visas. More education can't hurt but I'm really just wanting the paperwork. It sucks at 30 to be going back - but its the only way.

I think I just fall short of the equivalency of a Bachelor's Degree. I have:
- Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design / TAFE
- Diploma in IT (Website Development) / TAFE
- 5+ years relevant exp at Digital Agency
I have chosen to go to University as its more globally recognised as opposed to a college. I just want to safeguard myself. I've heard some horror stories of people being rejected by employers based on their University/college not being 'well-known'.
Right now I'm looking at UTS, but unfortunately I can't get any exemptions for my diplomas as they were completed more than 3 years ago. But other Universities/colleges will accept them. Just won't know how many credits I can get.
Which University do you guys think is best for Design?
Or any other advice/options?
