Anxiety
Stress may seem normal and universal, but it can have real physical and mental consequences from hypertension and anxiety, to heart disease and stroke. In fact, stress is the basic cause of 60% of all human illness and disease. Making stress management a normal part of your daily regimen is the only way you can save your mind and body from reacting in negative ways. We all experience stress in our lives, and some stress is good as long it is not taxing on the mind and body.
